Bill Randell, president and
co-founder of BINcentives
Bill runs the day-to-day operations of BINcentives. Bill is a native of Worcester and brings almost 40 years of personal experience in growing and managing small businesses. In 2019, he saw the need for a respected and effective local business in the Worcester textile recycling market with the charter of keeping textiles out of Massachusetts landfills. Since that time, BINcentives has grown to now servicing over 130 recyclinang bins at businesses in the area with annual collections of over one million pounds.
Bill earned his Bachelors degree in Finance at Boston College, while working alongside his father in the family business, seeing first-hand the needs of the entrepreneurial environment and the challenges of managing a small business. After graduating, Bill focused his own career on starting and building small business in the insurance, employee benefits management, real estate, roofing and recycling sectors.
Bill currently lives in Holden with his wife and business partner Vanessa and their daughter Vangella. In his spare time, Bill enjoys playing golf and attending BC and Holy Cross football games.

Vanessa Costa, principal and co-founder of BINcentives
Vanessa is a native of Worcester and brings 40 years of personal experience in growing and managing small businesses. In 2019, along with Bill, she saw the need for a respected and effective local business in the Worcester textile recycling market with the charter of keeping textiles out of Massachusetts landfills. Since that time, BINcentives has grown to now servicing over 130 recycling bins at businesses in the area with annual collections of over one million pounds.
Vanessa earned her Bachelors degree in Accounting at Assumption University and has an extensive busines background. While still in high school, she helped her father prepare tax returns and provide bookkeeping services for small businesses. Early in her career, Vanessa worked at a CPA firm, then as a commercial lending officer at a local bank, combining her strength in financial analysis with an understanding of new business development and how to operate a small business. Vanessa is certified with the Massachusetts Supplier Diversity Office (SDO) which serves women and minority owned businesses.
Vanessa currently lives in Holden with her husband and business partner Bill and their daughter Vangella.

John Cullen, CFO BINcentives
John runs the day-to-day finance and sales operations of BINcentives. John is a native of Maryland and brings almost 40 years of experience in corporate finance and operations.
John earned his Bachelors degree in Accounting at Boston College and his MBA at the University of Maryland. Since graduation, John has worked in senior finance and sales operations roles in multiple industries including Banking, Telecommunications, Food & Facility Services and Technology. Most recently, since 2000, John worked at EMC and Dell in a variety of senior level management positions supporting the worldwide sales organization before retiring from corporate life in 2022.
After raising his family in Wrentham, MA, John moved to Annapolis, MD in 2020 where he currently lives with his wife Susan. He is the proud father of two daughters - Lauren and Jennifer. In his spare time, John enjoys playing golf, going to the beach and watching his college and local pro sports teams.
Peter O'Toole, Sales and Webmaster
Peter has been working with us since May of 2023, in Business Development.
Peter earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Northeastern University. Since graduation, Peter has worked in a variety of sales rolls in the insurance, finance, alternative medicine and payment processing industries.
Peter also builds small business websites (including this one) and provides payment processing services with PayJunction, a company with award winning, US based customer service, recurring payment option, paperless payments and exceptional transparent pricing.
Peter was born in Boston, raised in Milton. He currently lives in the coastal town of Marshfield, MA where he raised his son Mike, who is a great son and friend.
In his spare time, Peter likes to play golf, play darts in the Minuteman dart league (championships determined in Worcester) and see live music, comedy shows and Boston Bruins games with his son.
As a kid, Peter grew up always around music. His dad was a self taught accordion player which inspired him to teach himself to play guitar over the last 15 years. He now has over 100 songs in his repertoire. He has also inspired his son, who has begun the long journey to teach himself.
